These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided
by Workplace Podiatry. By commissioning, booking, or attending our services,
you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Workplace Podiatry is a podiatry-led service providing workplace
podiatric assessment and foot care, delivered by qualified and regulated
podiatrists.
2. Definitions

3.1 Workplace Podiatry provides podiatric assessment and
foot care at work, delivered in a workplace or occupational health setting.
3.2 Workplace services focus on:

clinic scope, podiatrists may provide routine foot care, including nail and
skin care, management of callus or corns, wound assessment, and screening of
vascular, neurological, or biomechanical factors relevant to foot health.
3.4 Workplace clinics are not a substitute for ongoing
medical care, hospital treatment, or specialist podiatry services.
3.5 Any care required beyond the scope of workplace
podiatric assessment and foot care will be discussed with the employee and may
require referral or a separate appointment.
4. Consent
4.1 All employees attending a workplace clinic must
provide individual consent before assessment or foot care is carried out.
4.2 Employees may decline assessment or withdraw consent
at any time.
4.3 Workplace Podiatry reserves the right to decline to
provide services where consent is not given.
5. Medical Information and Confidentiality
5.1 Workplace Podiatry collects limited health
information relevant to podiatric assessment and foot care, only where
necessary for safe service delivery.
5.2 Full medical histories are not routinely collected as
part of workplace clinics.
5.3 All individual employee information is treated as confidential
and is not shared with employers without explicit employee consent, except
where legally required or where there is a serious and immediate risk to health
or safety.
6. Reporting to Employers
6.1 Employers receive anonymised and aggregated summary
reports only, which may include:

6.3 Reports are provided for workplace wellbeing and
occupational health purposes only and do not constitute medical advice for
individual employees.
7. Serious Findings and Workplace Safety
7.1 Where podiatric assessment identifies a condition
that may affect workplace safety (for example, ulceration or infection risk),
the employee will be:

employer will occur only with the employee’s explicit consent, unless there is
a serious and immediate risk to health or safety. Any disclosure without
consent will be limited to the minimum information necessary and appropriately
documented.
8. Fees and Payment
8.1 Workplace clinic fees are charged on a fixed session
basis (half-day or full-day), not per employee.
8.2 Prices are agreed in advance and confirmed in
writing.
8.3 Any additional services, follow-up care, or referrals
are charged separately where applicable.
8.4 Invoices are payable within five (5) working days of
the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
9.1 Workplace clinic cancellations must be made with at
least 48 hours’ notice.
9.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice
will incur a cancellation fee of £200.
9.3 Where possible, Workplace Podiatry will endeavour to
offer a rescheduled date; however, the cancellation fee remains payable.
10. Employee Responsibilities
10.1 Employees are responsible for providing accurate
information relevant to their foot health.
10.2 Employees are responsible for following advice
provided and seeking further care where recommended.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Workplace Podiatry provides podiatric assessment and
foot care services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with
professional standards.
11.2 Workplace Podiatry is not responsible for:

12. Data Protection
12.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy
Policy.
12.2 By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to
our data handling practices.
13. Complaints
13.1 Complaints should be raised directly with Workplace
Podiatry in the first instance.
13.2 We aim to investigate and resolve complaints
promptly and fairly.
14. Governing Law
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws
of England and Wales.
14.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
