"The greatest asset of a company is its employees." — Richard Branson

We are an occupational podiatry service supporting employers and occupational health teams across a range of industries. Our work focuses on the impact of foot and lower-limb conditions on workforce health, safety, and sustainability. These conditions are a common cause of discomfort, reduced mobility, and preventable musculoskeletal problems, which can affect day-to-day function and, if left unmanaged, contribute to sickness absence.

We provide clinic-based treatment, on-site podiatry clinics, and professionally led workshops focused on health promotion, education, and injury prevention. Our aim is to make podiatry support practical, accessible, and relevant to the demands of the workplace.

All services are delivered by HCPC-registered podiatrists and experienced educators, using evidence-based practice and consistent clinical standards. By combining treatment, prevention, and education, we support employers in creating healthier and safer working environments, while improving access to high-quality podiatry care for employees.

Work Place Podiatry

The Workplace Podiatry logo represents the journey of employee health and business performance over time. Shaped like a performance graph, it reflects how foot health directly influences productivity, absence, and recovery.

The upward stroke of the "W" represents a healthy workforce, strong attendance, effective performance, and operational stability.

The downward movement shows the impact of foot and lower-limb problems, where pain and discomfort lead to reduced performance and sickness absence.

The rise back into the centre of the "W" illustrates employees returning to work without effective treatment, often due to limited access to care. This is followed by a second decline, reflecting recurring symptoms, further absence, and ongoing disruption.

The red footprint marks the point of intervention. It represents timely, specialist podiatry care that addresses the root cause, supporting sustainable recovery. Together, the blue "W" and red footprint symbolise our purpose, changing the trajectory towards long-term workforce health, attendance, and resilience.

"Vision without execution is hallucination."

Our vision is to be a leading occupational podiatry provider, founded in the UK and delivering clinically led services to support workforces in the UK and internationally. We believe foot health is fundamental to wellbeing, independence, and productivity across the workforce. Too often, preventable or treatable foot conditions result in prolonged discomfort, repeated absence, and unnecessary disruption for both individuals and employers.

Our purpose is to change this by delivering timely, specialist podiatry care that supports sustainable recovery, protects workforce health, and enables long-term participation in work.
